Bourbon Moth Return Policy

We take great pride in the products that we sell on our website and we do everything we can to make sure that these products are of the highest standard.

That being said, we understand that sometimes there are manufacturing defects that slip through our inspection prior to shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective when you receive it, please let us know right away at orders@bourbonmoth.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please include your order number in the email.

If you order merchandise that has no defect and simply do not want it anymore or you need a different size, please note the following:

  • Item must be unworn, and unwashed (preferably in original packaging)

  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return or exchange (a shipping invoice will be sent)

  • Once item is received and shipping is paid you will get an exchanged item sent to you. Or if you choose to cancel your order, the cost of the item will l be refunded to your payment method when item is received.
